EverCare Standard

EverCare Standard

The EverCare Standard service plan covers all inspection and reporting requirements outlined in the long-term maintenance agreement or permit with your City or Regulatory Agency. Our certified inspectors will regularly assess your property for any maintenance concerns. Approximately every six months, we will deliver a professional report—signed and sealed by a licensed engineer—directly to the City on your behalf. Our reports are comprehensive and ensure all necessary requirements are met.

Stormwater Control Measures

In addition to inspecting above-ground stormwater control measures (SCMs), our inspectors are equipped and certified to inspect underground vaults and proprietary products, including areas that require confined space entry. The final report includes detailed descriptions of each SCM or best management practice (BMP), along with full-color photographs of any deficiencies. Additionally, we always use the specific regulatory forms required by your local City or municipality when required.
