Once a notice of violation has been issued for a property, our expert team is ready to take immediate action with our EverCare Rescue plan. We’ll assess the property, implement a tailored maintenance plan, and provide a comprehensive report, signed and sealed by a licensed engineer. We’ll even submit the report to the City on behalf of the customer. Once the property is back in compliance, property owners can rely on EverGreen to maintain ongoing compliance through one of our service plans: EverCare Standard or EverCare Complete.
