Civil Engineer
Van Oldham
Van was born and raised in Tennessee, where his family has deep roots spanning many generations. After high school, he pursued a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, graduating in 2003. He then joined the Tennessee Department of Transportation in Region 1, Knoxville. His wife, Jessica, soon joined him there, and as they built their life together, Van remained committed to supporting her goal of earning a master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia. In 2007, they moved to Maine so Jessica could attend the University of New England, and Van found employment with Contech Engineered Solutions.
At Contech, Van delved deeper into environmentally focused technical fields, gaining extensive knowledge in environmental permitting, the Clean Water Act, and green infrastructure applications. His role involved designing and promoting solutions across the U.S., leading to seven promotions, ultimately becoming the Area Manager for the Central Region. This position took them to Denver, CO, in 2015, where Van worked with stormwater regulations across multiple states, from Idaho to Louisiana and Wisconsin to Arizona.
In 2018, Van felt the pull to return to Tennessee to be closer to family and lifelong friends. He started a civil engineering firm called GreenLID Design, where he designed and managed various projects, from commercial and residential developments to medium-scale utility projects with the local utility district.
However, Van’s passion for stormwater management persisted. In October 2019, he left GreenLID Design to start EverGreen Infrastructure, focusing on stormwater infrastructure monitoring and maintenance for long-term property owners. EverGreen helps property owners comply with ordinances requiring annual inspections and maintenance of stormwater control measures (SCMs). By leveraging Van’s professional Civil Engineering license and over 20 years of experience, EverGreen ensures these tasks are performed at the lowest possible cost.
Van now lives in Williamson County, Tennessee, with his wife, Jessica, and their four daughters: Annika and Elliana (10), Hollis (7), and Camille (4). In their free time, they enjoy playing in the many lakes and rivers around Tennessee.

Jake Ingold
Jake was born and raised in the heart of central Illinois, where he spent his childhood immersed in the great outdoors—playing sports, hunting in the fields, and fishing in local lakes and ponds. His passion for athletics led him to Middle
Tennessee State University, where he played D1 baseball while pursuing a degree in environmental science. It was there that he met his wife, and together, they decided to make Middle Tennessee their home, building a life rooted in family, nature, and the values that shaped his upbringing.
During his time at MTSU, Jake gained hands-on experience through an internship with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) in the Water Resources Department. After completing his internship, he went on to build a successful career in the environmental field, working for several respected companies, including Clearwater Engineering, Patriot Engineering and Environmental, and later, Northstar Environmental Group. With extensive knowledge in stormwater management and compliance, Jake has played a key role in ensuring environmental regulations are met across various industries. As a project manager, he has led maintenance projects nationwide, bringing practical solutions and expertise to each job site.
Jake now serves as the Business Director for Evergreen Infrastructure, where he manages all maintenance projects and personnel out of the Middle Tennessee area. His extensive expertise in stormwater maintenance—including detention and retention ponds, bioretention systems, underground water quality units, and more—has been a valuable asset to Evergreen, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with environmental regulations. Jake now lives in Mount Juliet, TN, with his wife, Shelby, and their dog, Gunner. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
